Workshops:

Haiku Poetry with Grigoris

Haiku is an ancient form of Japanese writing that helps to train the mind to focus on nature  and being present in the moment.

The aims of the workshop are not to produce works to be critiqued for their literary value but instead to take time to focus on the beauty of the world around us and to take peace and solace from a closer relationship with nature.

The workshop aims to be a peaceful and meditative experience that anyone  of any writing ability can enjoy and take something from.

Macrame with Dream Weaver Katina:

During this hands-on workshop, you'll discover the techniques needed to make your very own macrame plant hanger. Katina will guide you step-by-step, ensuring you leave with a stunning creation to showcase your favourite plants.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience with macrame, this workshop is suitable for all skill levels. All the necessary materials are provided, including high-quality cords in a variety of colours for you to choose from.

Not only will you learn a new craft but macrame also has a soothing effect on the mind. By allowing you to focus on the task at hand it allows participants to slow the mind and find your flow.

Flower crowns with Molly Leeves

A wonderfully mindful practice, connecting us with nature. Celebrate the height of summer and the abundance of wildflowers, plants and grasses at this time of year. We will be getting creative making entirely natural headdresses from locally foraged materials.

Embodied water, movement and art with Sarah Joy

Let us connect to our water o body through movement & creativity.  As a group we will explore somatically how this element lives within and bring it into form through a collaborative group painting. Inviting you into a deeper connection with your water o body.
